I write songs sometimes and play music with my friends, including the bands Westward Ho and So High and the Uppers, and formerly Baby Druid, Virginia Dare and Lava, Tarnation and the SF Seals. I also like to make paintings and write books.
When I was a teenager, I formed the band Weenie Roast with my co-conspirators Sid Merritt and Beck Wright.
